Mould and Fungi Assessment (Per Room)

Inclusive of a moisture assessment to determine source of mould growth, this assessment includes testing for viable and non-viable microorganisms which may impact the health and safety of occupants. Assessment includes:

• 1 (mould in air: 1 inside and complimentary outside air sample)
• 2 (mould on surfaces: swabs/tapelifts alternatively as deemed necessary for assessment)
• Full moisture assessment (Localized assessments and/or infrared)
• Complete report including findings and recommendations for correction
